PMS has reinforced its experience and “savoir faire” with the acquisition of fluid mechanics simulation software to consolidate its position in the field of mixing engineering. The simulation allows to model the stirring and mixing processes, being faithful to reality, regardless of the conditions of use: temperature, pressure, flow, granulometry, viscosity, density, etc. The creation of a digital fluid mechanical simulation model helps to reduce the development stages of a stirring solution. Thus, CFD (computer-aided fluid dynamics) helps to optimize the design of agitators and customer processes, since it gives access to the entire data set (speed, pressure, concentration ...) in each moment.
